STEP 1 - REGISTER

Bidders must register at bidspotter.com by clicking on the Register Now button for this auction. A 25% deposit is due on auction day. A $5000 minimum deposit is required prior to the auction for international bidders. Auctioneer may not be able to respond timely to registration requests on the day of sale, we recommend registering the day prior to the auction.

All deposits made by cashiers check, wire transfer or personal/business check accompanied with a bank letter of guarantee will be returned within 7 days unless purchases are made.

STEP 2 – VIEW ITEMS

You may preview the inventory in Midland, TX on Wed, Aug 13 from 9am to 4pm (CT). We will also list all items in the catalog on the BidSpotter site. To view the event details and catalog, click on “View Items & Bid" above.

STEP 3 – PAYMENT

All successful bidders agree to make full payment to Tiger Remarketing Services at the conclusion of the sale. All payments are due by 5pm on Friday, August 15 (please note, wire transfers must be initiated by 2pm CT). Only Bank Wire Transfer, Bank Check or Cashier's Check payable to Tiger Remarketing Services will be accepted. Firm and personal checks accepted only if accompanied by a letter from your bank guaranteeing your funds. If you are using a wire transfer your bank may wire the funds the day after the sale. All Taxes are applied at the end of the auction unless a reseller has notified us prior to the close of auction and qualifies for sales tax exemption. A buyer’s failure to qualify for exemption does not waive its obligations to complete its purchase per the terms of sale. Payment will be made in US dollars only.

STEP 4 – PICKUP

Removal and Rigging is the responsibility of the buyer. Anyone, either a buyer or a rigger, who uses a powered vehicle to remove anything from the auction site, will be required to present a certificate of insurance. Removal may begin when the auction has completed and payment in full has been made.

The following parties must be listed as Certificate Holders on Buyer’s Certificate of Liability Insurance before removal may begin. (One certificate for each additional insured)
