Onsite bidders should register on the morning of the sale at the auction site location. Onsite bidders will be required to provide, at or before time of registration, a minimum deposit of $500 and must maintain a minimum deposit of 25% of their total bid amount during the course of the auction.
Online bidders must register at bidspotter.com. Online Bidders are required to provide credit card information and a $500 initial authorization to secure your bids. Please note that your credit card must have sufficient credit to be authorized for 25% of your purchases. If you plan on spending more than $10,000 please contact the Auctioneer prior to the auction regarding payment arrangements.
You may preview the inventory at the auction site in Lebanon, New Jersey on Saturday, December 10, from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday, December 12, from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm and the day of sale, from 9:00 am to 10:00 am. Attend the sale in Lebanon, New Jersey..An image of each item is to be displayed throughout the Auction and sold by a live auctioneer. Items will be sold in sequential order starting with Lot 1 at 10:00 am.

On the day of the live auction, you will see the image to the right of the auction listing on the bidspotter.com Live Internet Auction Broadcasts main page. Click “Bid Now View Live” to go to the Real Time Bidder interface.
During the Live auction you can competitively place bids against other Internet bidders as well as bidders on the auction site. Bidding is simple! You will see the bidding activity on your computer screen and if you wish to bid the auctioneer's "ask" amount, simply click the White Bid Bar located directly above the image of the lot being sold on the black side of your Real time Bidding Interface!
PLACE ABSENTEE BIDS
Before the event, all Bidders registered and approved for an auction can place absentee bids on any catalogued lot in the auction.
Placing a bid is simple: From the Item Details page simply enter your maximum bid in the "Enter Bid Amount" box and click “Place Bid”. Enter your user name and password. Verify the item you are bidding on is correct, Verify the amount is correct, Enter your user name and password and click "SUBMIT".
After the event, you will receive an e-mail confirming any items/lots won. Payment of balances due will be made to Tiger Remarketing Services.. You may then arrange shipment of your items from the auction location. It is always the responsibility of the winning bidder to make sure arrangements are made for the items/lots won to be shipped or picked up. Buyers are also responsible to bring their own crews, packing materials, material handling equipment & etc. for removal.

Onsite Bidders: $500 Cash; Online Bidders: $500 Credit Card Authorization.
25% upon award of bid. Onsite by cash or certified funds: Online by wire transfer. Bidders intending on spending in excess of $10,000 must make arrangements prior to the auction to ensure bid participation. Online bidders without an advanced deposit arrangement may encounter bidding restrictions.
A 15% Buyer’s premium will be added to the price of each item purchased.
Full payment is required by 12 noon on the day following the Auction.
No checkout will be permitted during the auction sale or prior to Auctioneer receiving Court Confirmation, which is scheduled to take place on December 15, 2011. Assignee’s ability to obtain court approval in a timely manner does not negate or defer buyer’s responsibility to comply with the Terms of sale, including, but not limited to providing full payment as prescribed above.
